Exploring the nature of thoughts
What’s on my mind is represented in forms. Spatially located, mostly very blurred, only sometimes assignable, with different sizes and distances, according to relevance and felt importance. In the background, the little but important things I should not forget.
Thoughts and tasks that arise suddenly appear close up, larger and more or less detailed depending on their complexity. Tasks and ideas appear as abstract, object-like summaries whose form seems to reflect their content. The objects are associated clearly with feelings: interest, aversion, anticipation, unease, curiosity….
The small series is a first approach to the visible features of these forms.
